Check your usage
- 1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Data Usage
- 2Select "Mobile Data" and choose your BleSIM eSIM
- 3You will see usage for the current cycle
- 4On Samsung: Settings > Connections > Data Usage

Enable / Disable eSIM
- 1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM
- 2Find your BleSIM eSIM in the list
- 3Toggle the corresponding button
- 4On Samsung: Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager

Enable data roaming
- 1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM
- 2Select your BleSIM eSIM
- 3Enable "Data Roaming"
- 4On Samsung: Connections > Mobile Networks > Data Roaming
π‘ Roaming must be enabled even in the country covered by your BleSIM eSIM.

Set eSIM as data source
- 1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM
- 2Tap "Preferred SIM" or "Preferred Mobile Data"
- 3Select your BleSIM eSIM
- 4Enable "Auto Switch" to optimize based on signal

Delete an eSIM
- 1Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIM
- 2Select your BleSIM eSIM
- 3Tap "Delete" or "Erase Profile"
- 4Confirm the deletion
β οΈ Deletion is permanent. You cannot reinstall the same eSIM.
π§ Troubleshooting
β No network or connectionβΌ
- βCheck the eSIM is enabled in Settings > SIM
- βEnable "Data Roaming"
- βToggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds
- βCheck your plan's coverage
- βTry selecting the network manually
β eSIM won't installβΌ
- βMake sure you are connected to Wi-Fi
- βCheck Settings app permissions
- βRestart your device
- βMake sure the QR code hasn't been used already

β Very slow dataβΌ
- βDisable and re-enable mobile data
- βCheck the selected network type (prefer LTE/4G)
- βToggle Airplane Mode for 30 seconds
- βCheck for software updates
β eSIM disappears from listβΌ
- βGo to Settings > SIM to re-enable it
- βCheck that the eSIM is not disabled
- βIf it no longer appears, contact our support
