Install your eSIM on iPhone

Follow these simple steps to activate your BleSIM eSIM in less than 5 minutes.

How to install your eSIM

Buy your plan

Go to blesim.com/plans, choose your destination and plan. After payment, you'll receive an email with your activation QR code.

Activation in a few minutes from your iPhone

Buy your plan

Go to blesim.com/plans, choose your destination and plan. After payment, you'll receive an email with your activation QR code.

💡 Tip: Check your iPhone is eSIM compatible. All iPhones from XS (2018) onward support eSIM.

Open iPhone Settings

Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan. On iOS 16+, you can also choose "Set up Cellular Service".

Scan the QR code

Point your iPhone camera at the QR code in the email. Installation starts automatically.

💡 Tip: If you can't scan, enter the code manually via "Enter Details Manually".

Name your eSIM

Give your eSIM a name (e.g. "BleSIM France"). Choose whether to use it as primary or secondary line.

Select BleSIM as your data source

Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data and select your BleSIM eSIM as the data line. Also turn OFF "Allow Cellular Data Switching" to prevent your local SIM from being used abroad.

💡 Tip: This ensures your BleSIM eSIM is used for data while traveling, not your local SIM.

Enable Data Roaming on your BleSIM eSIM

In Settings → Cellular, tap your BleSIM eSIM in the list, then enable "Data Roaming". ⚠️ If you must also activate phone-level roaming, make sure your local SIM is disabled first to avoid unexpected charges.

💡 Tip: Roaming must be enabled on the BleSIM eSIM specifically. With BleSIM, there are NO surprise roaming charges.
